Return policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 business days following the receipt of the order.

GABIRIA will not refund the paid amount until the material subject to return is correctly received under the conditions established in these general terms and conditions. The refund will be for the product amount, not the shipping costs. When making changes or returns on an order with a promotion or discount, note that in the case of a return, the refund will be proportional to the discount/promotion code used. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted at the time of the order refund.

GABIRIA will not accept returns of products that do not include the data requested in the return portal, have been used, or have suffered previous damages, such as size adjustments, pin breaks, and deformations related to misuse of the products, packaging damage, or security seal breaks.

Once GABIRIA verifies the correct reception of the products, it will proceed to refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, always within 14 days following the correct reception of the material. If it is verified that the products have been used or suffered damages, the customer will be responsible for the depreciation of the products and will be informed within a maximum of 3 business days about the incident.

Returns and Exchanges Portal

In this Portal, the customer will be asked for all necessary order information to validate the return. Our Customer Service department will send you a label that you must print and place on the package in a visible location. If your shipment arrives with an error or defect in the product(s), don't worry, we will solve it. Contact us through the Returns and Exchanges Portal providing the required information within 48 hours following the product delivery, in which case we will resend the requested material or refund the paid amount once the defective product is received. This procedure will not incur any cost to the customer.
