Shipment
Shipping costs and times
- Free shipping to Europe and the UK!
For Spain, shipping times range between 2 and 5 business days .
For Europe, shipping times range between 4 and 10 business days.
- International = €12.99.
Shipping times for the rest of the world should not exceed 20 business days.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship to all countries in the world!
All orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 CET will be dispatched the same day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Your order will be shipped via DHL, Fedex or PostNL. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
Customs may charge additional duties and taxes.
How can I change my address?
If you have made a mistake during the checkout process, please contact us immediately here .
We will do our best to modify the address information, however, if the package has already left our warehouse, there is nothing we can do.
You can also change your pickup point address using the tracking link you received in your email. If you need help with this, please contact the shipping company.
Where can I track my package?
Every package we ship has a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been reviewed by our shipping partner QLS. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before checking the status of your shipment.
If you have not received any email, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received anything, please, contact us.
My package was lost
For Spain, please contact us directly if you have not received your package within 10 days.
For all other countries, the easiest and fastest way to receive information is to contact our shipping partner QLS or our shipping partners DHL and Deutsche Post directly. You can find their contact information on the tracking website.

Returns
How to return an order or item
If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery of your online order. Here are some essential details to keep in mind: Online Returns: To request a return, we recommend that you carefully read our Return Policy. See more details in the next tab.
- Condition and packaging: We request that items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
- Shipping costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return any item to us and for the item itself until it reaches us.
- Products purchased from one of our retailers can only be returned to the store where they were purchased.
- For returns outside the EU: To avoid customs charges, please add to your shipping label that refers to "return of a previously purchased item".
Once we receive your return, please allow 6 to 8 business days for processing and verification of the product condition. You can expect the transaction to appear in your bank account within 2 to 3 business days after verification. We will contact you if there is any issue related to the returned products.
If your shipment arrived with an error or defect in the product(s), don't worry, we will resolve it. Contact us through the Returns and Exchanges Portal providing the required information within 48 hours of product delivery, and we will either resend the requested material or refund the amount paid once the defective product is received. This process will not incur any cost to the customer.
How to file a refund request

Change an order or item
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the instructions provided in the Returns and Exchanges Portal and briefly indicate whether it is a product exchange or a new size of the same product. Once we have received and verified the condition of the exchanged product, the new product will be sent directly to you free of charge if it is a size exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different product, we will notify you once we have received the exchanged product. At that time, and after verifying the good condition of the product, a one-time discount code equivalent to the purchase value will be sent to your email address. Place a new order using the same details you used in the previous purchase and enter the discount code. We will send the new product with no shipping costs. Products purchased from one of our retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received the returned item, we will need 6-8 business days to process it. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear in the account used to place the initial order. The bank transfer will be made in the name of GABIRIA.
Can I return a gift?
The same applies to any item you receive as a gift - you will need the original receipt or order confirmation.
I received the wrong item
Please contact us immediately if you received incorrect items in your shipment.

All our prices are expressed in euros, include VAT but do not include shipping costs.
Once we receive your order, we will begin working on it immediately. We cannot make changes to orders that have already been placed. There is a small chance that we may cancel your order before shipping. The best way to do this is to call us immediately.
Can I get an invoice?
Your order confirmation with all details will be sent to you by email.
If you would like to request an invoice, please contact us. The confirmation email does not include an invoice; we can send you one separately.
How can I make sure that my purchase was successful?
We will send you an email confirming your purchase at GABIRIA. If you do not have it, check that it is not in the SPAM folder or contact us.
How to use discount codes?
Discount codes are unique, one-time-use codes that you can use at checkout in our web store.
